Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own technical design and drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality systems. This role requires strong architectural depth, coding excellence, and the ability to mentor engineers while building production-grade applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will lead by example — designing systems, writing clean code, solving complex problems, and ensuring engineering best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions (HLD & LLD).
• Build scalable, modular, and testable systems with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Own complex features end-to-end — design, development, testing, and optimization.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code with strong unit test coverage.
• Ensure clean code practices (SOLID principles, modular design, reusability).
• Drive engineering quality within CI/CD environments.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across distributed systems and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and elevate overall code quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively within agile teams and move with delivery velocity.

Core Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Java
• Node.js
• Angular (6+)
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• SQL & MongoDB
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and scalable application development.
• Strong debugging capabilities across:
• Distributed services
• API integrations
• UI state management
• Database query performance
• Experience working in CI/CD-driven engineering environments.

GenAI & AI Stack Expertise

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with:
• LangChain ecosystem
• Hugging Face
• Prompt chaining & orchestration
• Understanding of AI cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to debug AI pipelines and optimize model interactions.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / related field
• or
• Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications

• Must have 5 to 10 years of experience on building highly scalable web based enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Javascript

• Must have experience on front end development using javascript, ReactJS

• Architect and co-create, a highly scalable, available, resilient & distributed applications and multi-tenant Platforms
• Highly hands on with coding/designing, troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, leading and developing a large scale multi-tenant software components on the Platform in Agile based methodology to provide self-service capabilities (MUST HAVE)
• Must have knowledge of Data structures, must have ability to solve data structure programs on platforms like hakerrank, leetcode  (MUST HAVE)
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in Java/J2EE.

• Exposure to NOSQL DB and Relational database

• Exposure to RabbitMQ ,Kafka and Redis Cache

• Working in a team environment, contribute significantly to application solution design and to the high-level design of application software.
• Detailed design, code and test of Cloud Platform software. Provide automated test software in conjunction with application software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development into MERN (React & Node.js ) technology.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Must have Hands-On coding expertise of React.js, Reactstrap, NodeJS, MongoDB and ExpressJS.
• Configuring and managing deployment on AWS (EC2 IAM, S3).
• Knowledge of developing REST API using Express framework and front end integration with PUG engine.
• Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.
• Exposure to scm tools like git, Git Hub, CI/CD methods, code coverage tools like SonarQube, etc.
• Good understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises, API formation, POSTMAN API etc.

1. Developing and maintaining web applications: coding, testing, and debugging both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components of web applications. This includes working with languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the front-end, and server-side languages like Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The candidate need to collaborate with other team members, such as UI/UX designers, product/operations managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and implement solutions.

3. Learning and applying new technologies: Given the rapid pace of technological advancement in web development, candidates are often expected to learn and adapt to new frameworks, libraries, and best practices. They might spend time researching and experimenting with new tools or technologies and applying them to current projects. This continuous learning is crucial for personal development and for staying relevant in the field.

We are looking for a full stack Java Developer with an experience of 1+ years. The individual should have good technical knowledge of Core Java, Sql, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Apache Spark. Exposure to sql databases like Oracle, Mysql, Microsoft Sql is a must. Any experience / knowledge / certification on Cloud technology preferrably Microsoft Azure is good to have. Exposures to non sql databases like Neo4j or Document database is again good to have.

The individual should have good knowledge of design patterns and also be able to implement them in desired conditions. Finally the individual should be smart and look to provide solutions for problems.

•  4-8 years of relevant experience in designing & developing and architecting systems/software
• for large business environments (Java, J2EE).
• • Strong design and coding skills in Enterprise Java, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST web
• services, JMS (ActiveMQ), XML, JSON.
• • Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.
• • Experience in any communication framework (MQ) is an added advantage.
• • Experience in Agile Development, Scrum, and Iterative approaches
