We are looking for Senior Software Engineers (.NET) with at least 6 to 10 years of experience for the role of a consultant for a period of 6 months with potential offer of permanent position at the end of 6 months. The client is a SAAS product company working in the US Loan mortgage servicing and origination space. The location of the position is Chennai, India.

The team is building the next-generation loan originations and servicing systems. The systems will be used by lenders and servicers in the consumer and mortgage lending markets in the United States. As an agile developer, you will be working on a delivery team using modern technologies, tools and frameworks to develop advanced, enterprise business components that can run on Cloud platforms. You will be provided with the best tools, resources and compensation to get the job done…and enjoy every minute of it. And if it couldn’t get any better….this role is HYDBRID

Role:

•  Associate will serve as a dedicated member of our development Team. Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and deployment issues

• Document and communicate technical designs, standards and processes as needed
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality
• Continuously enhance skills by learning and applying relevant technologies and patterns

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in fast-paced software industry with an in-depth understanding of web application development.
• Agile development methodology
• Experience with the ASP.NET MVC stack.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Visual Studio and GIT
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX
• Experience with Angular and ReactJS
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and responsive UI design.
• Extensive experience with full-lifecycle development (i.e. design, coding, testing, debugging, etc.).
• Experience with distributed systems, C#, ASP.NET, REST and SQL programming. 
• Experience developing or working with web services (REST and Web API preferred)
• Exposure to Cloud Native Programming and components

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

Senior Software Engineers are responsible for the design and development of the suite of cloud-based software products utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What You Will Be Doing:

Work on Internet scale applications, where performance, reliability, and scalability, are critical design goals – not after-thoughts.
Learn the nuts and bolts of Microservices Architecture and build robust RESTful APIs.
Create beautiful, interactive, and easy-to-use web applications using modern client-side frameworks and libraries.
Gain experience with different database technologies, ranging from traditional relational to the latest NoSQL products such as Couchbase and Elastic Search.

What You Will Need for this Position

The prerequisites for joining our development team are simple. We care more about your attitude and aptitude than the specific tools and technologies you have used in the past. 5+ years of overall development experience, which ideally includes working with an object-oriented language (Java)
Experience with using and implementing RESTful APIs.
