Role Overview

The Retail & E-commerce Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the retail and e-commerce merchandising, forecasting, and marketing/sales operations for our Brands. The role focuses on ensuring optimal product presentation, accurate forecasting, smooth retail operations end to end, and a premium online shopping experience across all sales channels — including Retail, brand website, Tata CLiQ Luxury, Myntra, and Amazon etc.

This position bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and operations, aligning product availability, brand presentation, and customer experience to achieve business and retail KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Apparel Merchandising & Forecasting

  • ? Lead end-to-end merchandising planning for Apparel across retail and e-commerce platforms.
  • ? Collaborate with the forecasting team to predict sales trends, manage stock levels, and minimize stockouts or overstock.
  • ? Conduct Weekly/monthly leftover, cut-size, and size-gap reviews to maintain healthy inventory and improve sell-through rates.


2. Retail & Online Planogram Management
