- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate seamlessly with Learning Architects, ISDs, subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and senior leadership, particularly on learning content development. - Performance Management: Proactively manage the performance of visual design initiatives, including setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assessing the effectiveness of visual solutions and learning design, and driving continuous improvement based on outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level internal and external stakeholders, providing constructive feedback and influencing design decisions at an executive level, especially concerning learning strategies and solutions.

- Proven expertise in defining and leading visual design strategies for enterprise-level initiatives.

- Expert command of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, 3D modeling/animation tools, advanced prototyping tools). AR/VR , AR/VR, game mechanics, and gamification elements into both macro and micro learning strategies
