As a Website Development Executive – Support Side, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting websites post-launch. Requirements:

● Proven experience in website operations, maintenance, or technical support, with a strong understanding of web technologies and protocols.
● Working knowledge of website CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
● Understanding of chatbot flows and ability to configure basic chatbot logic.
● Willingness to attend late evening/night calls as required for clients.
● Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
