About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to run execution across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery, keep teams aligned, and ensure the right things ship at the right time — balancing product roadmap, customer issues, sales priorities, and platform reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and product initiatives
• Build and maintain sprint plans, delivery timelines, and roadmaps
• Prioritize work across features, bugs, customer requests, sales needs, and infrastructure
• Work closely with engineers to translate requirements into clear execution plans
• Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
• Track delivery, risks, and team capacity
• Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders
• Use data from tools like Mixpanel and monitoring systems to track delivery health

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience with:
• 2+ years in technical project/program management
• 2+ years in software or engineering roles
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern product delivery
• Experience working with SaaS or product engineering teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong communication, ownership, and prioritization skills

Job description

As a Mid-Level Python Developer, you will:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
•  Work with project managers and product owners to meet specification needs.
• Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.
• Deliver scalable and responsive software using TypeScript and Python.
•  Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code.
• Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs.
• Document all programming tasks and procedures.
• Perform routine software maintenance.
• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines. This includes scaling the pipeline to accommodate anticipated volume and complexity.
• Collaborate with external clients and internal team members to meet product deadlines.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience with AWS Services(must)
•  A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields
•  4 - 8 years of experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
•  Expert-level experience with Python and Node.JS
• Familiarity and comfort with REST APIs
•  A deadline and detail-oriented mindframe
•  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and best practices
• Experience developing scalable data processing systems

Bonus points for someone with:

• Experience with IoT, ML, AI, or VR
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification(s) (preferred)
• Experience with microcomputers and microcontrollers
• Experience with the following DevOps services: AWS
• CodePipeline, CodeBuild or CodeCommit
• Experience with the following Data Engineering services: AWS Lake Formation, Glue, Redshift, EMR, or QuickSight.

• Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
• Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
• Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Integrating data storage solutions.
• Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
• Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
• Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
• Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.
• Good communication skill in English.

• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Having strong experience in designing data intensive and scalable systems.
• Comfortable with microservices based architecture.
• Knowledge of software engineering processes and unit testing.
• Past experience of mentoring a team of at least two people.
• Prior experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Prior experience with caching.
• Ability to debug and hotfix a problem with production in a swift amount of time.
• Communication skills.
