
Title: Performance Marketing Designer/Video Editor
Role Summary:
We are hiring a fast, creative, experiment-friendly video editor who understands what hooks Bharat audiences. You will create high-impact Reels, TikTok-style ads, meme-style creatives, and storytelling videos optimised for clicks, conversions & engagement in Tier 2/3/4 India.
Your edits should speak the language of Bharat—relatable visuals, emotion, humour, drama, and crisp storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating AI videos for performance marketing from scratch
- Edit daily short-form videos for ads, reels, UGC, testimonials.
- Work closely with creative strategist to produce ads that convert.
- Add subtitles, SFX, meme assets, zooms, punch edits to enhance hook strength.
- Keep up with trends, transitions, reels format editing styles.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing + AI content generation tools
- Strong and efficient prompting skills to generate content
- Strong grip on fast-paced performance editing style.
- Ability to craft 3–5 sec strong hooks & engaging pacing.
- Understanding of Hindi/Bharat culture for better storytelling.
- Good aesthetic sense for fonts, colours & layout.
- Must orient towards learning new tools and adapt quickly
Experience
- 1–3 years in video editing for ads, social media or content.
- Experience with D2C/App/UCG style ads is a plus.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience editing performance ads on Meta/Google.
- Knows how to make TikTok/Reels style edits that stop scroll instantly.
- Portfolio with high CTR / viral content is a bonus.
- Having own YT/IG channel with good metrics is a bonus

About the role
As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
- Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
- Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
- Communicate with users on a regular basis to understand how we can improve the product further and understand the problems faced by users.
- Run experiments to understand the processes which get the maximum conversion & ROI.
- Making outbound calls to potential users, understanding the context of a student's preparation, assessing his/her learning patterns and pitching relevant products and making a sale.
- Building an empathetic relationship with the students and understanding their motivation levers and genuinely guide them in taking the right decision.
- Increase the brand awareness among users through direct interaction with the users & their parents.
