 Having min 2 years’ experience in B2C Sales. Preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry.

What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Business Development Executive in our ITL team, you will:

 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. (Keep an eye out)

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. (now’s the time to fight that irrational stage fright!).

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences (added advantage if you’re an extrovert, sorry).

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, and always remember, that teamwork makes the dream work.

 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Business Development Executive in our ITL team, you will:

 Achieve assigned International Products Sales Target.

 Prospect assigned market and add monthly new Customers.

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 

 Follow a structured Sales process to close new deals.

 Retain and grow existing Customers.

 When needed, coordinate internally to resolve Customer disputes to their satisfaction. 

Maintain local market competitive intelligence.

Job Desription

• . Design, Develop and Deploy firmware code, test and debug system firmware/software.
• Review coding and design criteria and optimizes performance.
• Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.
• Integrate and validate new product designs.
• Support firmware/software Quality assurance.
• Interface with hardware design and development.

Required Skills:

• Functional knowledge with TCP/IP protocols.

What the role entails 👉🏽

• Manage, align, and communicate the vision for Fundamento’s Skills Readiness platform to internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Build, regularly manage, and execute product roadmap for the platform. 
• Work closely with and communicate clearly to engineering, design, and business to ensure the correct product trade-offs and decisions can be made.
• Work as a bridge between customers, business, marketing, design, and engineering. You are responsible for making a product and ensuring you can create ambassadors and advocates for the development and its vision among these key stakeholder categories. 
• Own sprint execution and lead scrum
• Always advocate for the customers - do what it takes to get customer feedback with or without the help of the sales team. Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.

• 3+ years experience in designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
