- Reference IT Architecture- Leads the development of reference technology architecture by collaborating with digital, apps, infrastructure, and security groups.
- Business Capability Model-Expert in business architecture and leads mapping of business capabilities and developing long term plans using a business capability model
- Innovation– Develop and apply knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise such as Enterprise Mobility, Cloud, Big Data, Analytics, Digital Business, and related topics across Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business domains. Apply knowledge and creativity to employ technology to drive business success. Run innovation pilots with emerging technologies.
- Application Portfolio Management – Lead application portfolio management across global company application portfolio and identify opportunities to retire, reinvest, upgrade and migrate applications to the cloud.
- Develops others: Acts as a leader and advocate of IT Architecture, including coaching and training staff.
- Continuous Improvement – provides a continually improving set of software and systems engineering practices that minimize development friction, enhance the effectiveness of the architecture and contribute to increasing the velocity of delivering industry-leading, quality, technology solutions. Performs complex cost/benefit analysis when researching future state capabilities. Ensures enterprise solutions are scalable and adaptable according to changing business needs. Promotes a continuous delivery pipeline and rallies the organization around a common technical vision. Advises on best practices (architecture, implementation, etc.).
- Communications - demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Highly collaborative and able to communicate the value of the enterprise architecture to the organization. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
- Experience with enterprise systems, like eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
- Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, and influencing
- 5+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop enterprise-level technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
- 5+ years of experience in at least three of the following disciplines – Solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, application architecture, data architecture, business architecture
- 10+ years of experience in a midsize or large corporation supporting multiple lines of business with a global presence
- 12+ years of experience in architecture, design, or development of enterprise solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in SAP
