Vice President of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.

2. Clinical Support

• Assist doctors or registered nurses in basic medical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
• Perform basic procedures such as dressing wounds, catheter care, and injections (if permitted).
• Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.

3. Patient Monitoring

• Observe patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
• Maintain daily patient care records and reports.
• Support rehabilitation and recovery processes.

4. Patient & Family Support

• Educate patients and family members on basic home care and hygiene practices.
• Provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Assist family members in understanding medication schedules and care routines.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Follow hospital/home healthcare policies and clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
• Freshers with clinical training may also apply.

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.

• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

1. Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and visual solutions.

2. Work with our draping software to create virtual draping experiences for our customers.

3. Assist in creating textile patterns and designs for our products.

4. Assist in video editing and video-making tasks to produce engaging promotional content for our brand

5. Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and Instagram marketing to strategize and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Embrace design thinking principles to solve complex creative challenges and contribute innovative ideas to our design process.

7 Utilize Canva to develop aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing graphics for our online platforms and marketing materials.

1.Create content properties that drive cross-platform interaction for the brand

1. Work with creative team, to create and deploy quality content, across digital communication channels
2. Ensure adherence to brand and internal guidelines for communication across digital channels
3. Execute editorial calendars and content programs for various digital platforms like blogs, websites,

microsites etc.

1. Be a part of strategy team, create and execute 360-degree brand campaigns on web and mobile
2. Track and analyze content performance, and suggest solutions
3. Conceptualize and co-create content for scalable websites

Required Candidate profile

1. 
   Eye for Grammar, Clarity, Accuracy and Creative language
2. Must have exposure to International Trends
3. Must have excellent command over Proof Reading and web content writing
4. Review & Rewriting of Content. Proof reading and writing for web based applications
5. Excellent Researching and Conceptualization Skills

• Collaborate with different teams to implement standards.

• Work closely and influence global teams for process improvements.
• Execute project milestones promptly & effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.

Technical skills:

• Strong SQL skills (RDBMS / SnowFlake).
• Able to program in multiple languages (SAS, JavaScript).
• Functional knowledge on Supply chain & Logistics.
