We are looking for confident professionals with -

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in selling financial products
• Experience in banks, securities, or wealth management firms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client network.

Compensation Structure -

• Hit revenue of 2x your CTC. After that, take home 50% of any additional revenue as incentive.

• Email communication: Build rapport with our current clients and create sponsorship packages for them in our newsletter. Here’s our sponsorship page.
• Prospecting New Sponsors: Identify and engage potential sponsors for our newsletter through various channels, inbound, and outbound (cold outreach, warm intros etc.)
• Closing and Processing Sponsors: Take charge of the entire sales cycle - from prospecting potential sponsors to closing deals and facilitating the processing of sponsorships, ensuring a seamless collaboration with sponsors.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to integrate sponsorships seamlessly, ensuring a win-win for both sponsors and our audience.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and feedback, continuously improving our sales approach.

We are looking for Senior Web QA Test Engineer (Manual + Automation)

When building software, you go through many stages. From initial requirements to product launch, it’s integral to ensure that everything works according to specification.

That’s why we’re looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our world-renowned level of quality and reliability.

By joining our team, you will take part in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and automated tests. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they’re dealt with.

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities
• Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
• Perform regression testing

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Educational Qualifications ,Certifications & Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience

Knowledge of Windows server and Hyper V Networking(Cisco) Technology, O365 and Gsuite

Certification: CCNA(Preferred), MCSA(Preferred), RHCE(Preferred)

Graduation: Any discipline. (Graduation in Computer Science or related field will be a big plus)

Responsibilities:

• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions
• Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of Appian development experience
• Good logical and reasoning skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Ability to read requirements and independently work on a project with minimal supervision

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
