Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Help with HR operations, documentation, and data entry.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Prepare basic HR reports (attendance, leaves, etc.).
• Ensure confidentiality and assist in implementing HR policies.

4. 4. Working on monthly calendar management, creative content, blogs, social media growth strategies, digital ads, and organic strategies.

6. 6. Interested to learn about Website updates and website optimization in terms of content and SEO.
7. 7. Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing ideas
8. 8. Design and present new social media campaign ideas
9. 9. Track, report, and analyze campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur daily and proactively.
10. 10. Lead and manage media campaigns with definite conclusions and actions
11. 11. Identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities and growth initiatives and convert them into short-term or long-term projects with estimated timelines and expected results
12. 12. Participate in departmental or cross-team meetings to communicate results and issues
13. 13. Audit accounts periodically and suggest any optimization changes related to account structure and optimization to improve the content
14. 14. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all digital marketing campaigns assessed against ROI and KPIs
15. Requirements: SEO, SEM, Video Editing skills, Content writing 
16. Qualifications in the relevant field is mandatory Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 
17. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Developer for 1+ years
• BSc degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field 
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 1 or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm
• Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage:
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
• Experience with cloud technologies also a plus
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).

Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 years

Required Skills

• In-depth experience with Python and OO concepts

• Experience with using NumPy, Pandas, or similar AI/ML libraries

• Deep understanding of multi-process architecture and threading limitations of Python

• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.

• Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

• Good understanding of relational data modeling concepts and comfortable with SQL

• databases.

• Good understanding of AWS / Azure cloud

• Nice to have

• Experience / Exposure in Chat BOT or Voice BOT

• Experience in Lambda Function OR Azure Functions

• Exposure to Financial Domain

We work closely with our farming commuting enabling fresh vegetables to reach our customers. We are growing at breakneck speed and are rapidly expanding into new markets across India over the next 6 to 18 months. We deliver fresh-off-the-farm produce to our customers’ doorstep within just 16 to 20 hours of harvest to millions of people in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. On a journey of expansion to newer cities which will be managed seamlessly through a Tech platform that has been designed and built to transform the Agri-Tech sector.

Purpose of the role:

• As a start-up, we have multiple flutter apps used by customers and operation folks. We need you to enlist various scenarios and automate their test cases.
• We release continuously every week; regression suite and exploratory test suites are extremely important for you to develop and maintain.
• Our web interfaces include those used by operations and our customer-facing websites. Testing the same and automation will be owned by you.
• Transform data in a format that aids easy decision-making for Product, Marketing and Business Heads.
• Understand the business problem, validate the same using the technology and certify for production - no hand-offs - full path to production is yours.
• You will deal with mobile-based front-ends, web front ends, REST APIs, and deal with the growing challenges.

Technical Expertise:

• Good knowledge and experience with programming languages - Dart, Flutter.
• Good knowledge and experience with mobile app testing/web app testing
• Experience with automation testing frameworks - Flutter Test and Playwright (Web)
• Experience GCP cloud platform
• Experience with testing Approaches - Exploratory, Edge Case, and Automation.
• Ability to create Test Plans and Test cases given business scenarios and features.
• Have a passion for technology and computer science!! - We need an engineer with fire in the belly!!

The key aspects of this role include:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements
based on business need and architectural improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.
• Handle server-side code for a production platform and contribute to new features.

To be the right fit, you'll need:
• More than 4+ years of experience as a software developer in Python, with knowledge of at least one
Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Good understanding of common design patterns and architecture principles to design reliable and
Scalable applications
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of databases line NoSQL or MongoDB
• Good to have AWS and Docker or Web services
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
