We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Associate Engineering Manager

to join our

team. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership abilities and strategic

project execution skills to ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. You will work

closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, drive innovation and

contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Engineering Leadership:



Lead and support a team of engineers to achieve project goals and career growth.



Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, security and

performance optimization.



Participate in architectural discussions and technical problem-solving.



Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery timelines.



Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future processes.



Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability within the engineering

team.



Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical

excellence.

Project Planning and Execution:



Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.



Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk

assessments.



Monitor project progress, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.



Effectively manage scope creep and ensure projects stay on schedule.



Maintain up-to-date project documentation and dashboards.

Stakeholder & Team Management:



Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define and

execute technical roadmaps.



Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and external

partners.



Facilitate regular status updates, reviews and team meetings.



Address stakeholder concerns and incorporate feedback into project processes.

Risk & Budget Management:



Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.



Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and update contingency plans as required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.



Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hand-

on coding experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role.



Excellent leadership and team management skills.



Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.



Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.



Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.



Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:



Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and modern development frameworks

is a plus.



Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.

●  Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases. 

● Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework.

● Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium 

● Experienced with few of the Automation Testing tools : Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, SOAP UI/Rest API, Appium. 

● Good knowledge of software testing life cycle :Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting. 

● Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

● Good exposure with both Web and Mobile Automation Testing.

● Excellent defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities.

About the Role: Lead the Demand, Pricing & Yield Management for our largest and strategically important region and will help

sustain and grow the vision of improving the yield strategy of our portfolio. Manage the monetization of inventory, create

performance metrics that demonstrate our value to owners and monitor compliance of pricing strategies and adoption across

the portfolio. You are comfortable tackling obstacles using quantitative analysis and lead the team in the right direction to

achieve targets tapping into different online and offline channels.

Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for managing OTA's channels

● Generating sales from direct & indirect channels (Online & Offline)

● Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets

● Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities

● Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction/experience

Qualification and Experience:

Roles & Responsibility:

Able to perform PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, Codeigniter,Yii, depending on your technology stack)
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
Able to do MVC design patterns
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
To accessibility and security compliance (Depending on the specific project)
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Familiarity with databases and their declarative query languages
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Gi

Required Skills:

English communication – Oral & Written

Work in a project-based capacity as a part of the team or as an individual.

Good knowledge of relational databases.
