Job Description
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable and inclusive mobile products. She/He will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects. That includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes and testing them out with actual users.
The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.
Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Express Stores is an omnichannel startup (online and offline) startup by IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani grads. It is a platform for grocery stores to find trusted business solutions including supply, inventory management and customer relationship management tools. We’re hiring our first Full Stack developer who will play a key role in defining the foundation of our product stack. We are looking for rockstars who not only code but can understand the products they are developing and how they impact all the stakeholders.
We see our developers as product designers so a full-stack experience and motivation is necessary.
Roles and responsibilities
First 2 months
You will be expected to setup and integrate basic tools which will allow the internal teams to function. Examples of projects would be
-Execution of WMS, POS systems and any required integrations
-Setup basic data warehousing / reporting servers to promote data democracy internally.
Post 2 months
You will now be working on creating new tools / Apps which will give our business compounding benefits over time. These could range from B2B, B2C, B2B2C apps, internal enterprise tools. This phase will lay the true foundation of the company’s future tech capabilities.
