Job Title: Practical Coordinator

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Work (6 days per week)

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to students who have completed their theory classes to assist them in scheduling their practical training sessions as part of the Personal Training Course.

• Manage incoming requests from students across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and messages, ensuring effective communication and clarity regarding practical training schedules.

• Maintain and update practical scheduling data in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant Stakeholders.

• Generate and distribute scheduling reports for review, tracking, and reference purposes.

Requirements

• Extensive and expert programming experience in at least one general programming language (e. g. Java, C, C++) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.
• Extensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and a huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.
• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert the design into code fluently.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development. Good understanding of databases (e. g. MySQL) and NoSQL (e. g. HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike etc).
• Strong desire to solve complex and interesting real-world problems.
• Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform. Go-getter attitude that reflects in energy and intent behind assigned tasks.
• Worked in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
• BTech, MTech or Ph. D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows and dealing with huge amounts of data.
• 3+ years of experience in the art of writing code and solving problems on a large scale.
• An open communicator who shares thoughts and opinions frequently listens intently and takes constructive feedback

Requirements:

- Need strong expertise in Kubernetes and ELK

- experience in implementation/migration to Elastic on Kubernetes.

- Experience in working in large enterprise and working with various stakeholders in DataCenter, Network

Responsibilities

- Set up ECK Cluster, upgrade ECK operator

- Migrate existing projects (100+) from ELK to ECK

- Build automation in moving projects from ELK to ECK

- Perform regression testing and close any technical opens, TCM

- Define processes for new business landing

REQUIRE ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - FEMALE Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department 2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 3. Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms. 4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. 5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy. 6. Maintain digital and physical financial records. 7. To maintain and reconcile GST data. 8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns 9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed through Tally. 10. Checking expenses & paying on time 11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry 12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices. Qualification : 1. Bachelors degree in Commerce 2. Knowledge of accounting régulations and procedures 3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally 4. MS Excel skills 5. Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Expertise and Prior experience in JavaScript environment [Node JS/ PHP/ React JS/ React Native]
• Prior work experience in B2C start-ups (unicorn scale)
• Excellent coding skills with experience in building system architecture, databases
• Exposure to version control, documentation tools, progress management tools
• Must have built application from scratch and scaled to a sizable user base.
