
We are seeking an experienced UX Architect to lead the development of end-to-end user experience strategies, design architecture, and usability frameworks for digital products.
UX Strategy and Leadership
• Define and implement the UX strategy for complex digital platforms.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into actionable design strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and set experience standards.
• Define UX success metrics and KPIs to measure usability, engagement, and overall experience quality.
• Integrate UX strategy into Agile workflows to support continuous improvement and rapid iteration. • Establish and maintain accessibility guidelines, ensuring inclusive and compliant designs.
• Lead design critiques, UX reviews, and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve user experience.
• Implement UX governance and DesignOps practices to ensure consistency and design quality.
Research and User-Centered Design
• Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and leverage data analytics, insights, and user feedback to drive design decisions.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative findings into models, personas, task analyses, and measurable KPIs, validating with prototypes of increasing fidelity.
• Develop detailed end-to-end user journey maps and personas to visualize and optimize experiences.
• Define clear information architecture (IA) and navigation models for seamless interaction.
• Design taxonomies, navigation models, and content hierarchies to help users find information and complete tasks across modules.
• Define interaction patterns, states, and flows for multi-step, multi-role scenarios — including edge cases, error handling, and accessible behaviors.
• Map domains, entities, and relationships, aligning UX models to backend structures and constraints while keeping complexity hidden from users.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and interaction models that align with both user needs and business goals.
• Design for product scalability, flexibility, localization, and long-term usability.
• Plan for scalability, localization, permissions, and large data volumes, ensuring resilience, offline support, and progressive enhancement.
• Embed accessibility standards, regional regulations, and risk controls into complex workflows with sensitive data.
UX Documentation
• Create and maintain UX documentation such as personas, journey maps, IA diagrams, and design guidelines.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation that aligns UX with product, engineering, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure UX-design intent is accurately implemented during UI-design and development through close collaboration with teams.
Collaboration and Communication
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align teams on UX goals, insights, and priorities.
• Write and present architecture documentation to align product, engineering, data, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate UX vision, strategy, and design rationale effectively to leadership and crossfunctional teams.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and user-first outcomes.
• Review design deliverables and promote UX best practices across teams.
Mentorship and Continuous Learning
• Mentor and guide designers to enhance their strategic thinking, design process, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Stay informed about emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously advance design capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in effectively interacting with customer managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and collaborate on solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and demonstrate the value and rationale for own design decisions to business and technology partners.
• Experience in managing small to medium-sized teams, including overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, providing training and support, and ensuring team objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX-research, UX-design, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate data into actionable design solutions.
• Multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and an open mind to feedback
