What you’ll get to do in this role:

Partner closely with product, content, and growth teams to shape user experiences for StoryTV and the Master App, defining what to build and how to build it.

Deeply understand user and creator behavior across short-form video, live streaming, and interactive social experiences.

Design end-to-end user journeys—from experience maps and storyboards to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

Craft intuitive flows across content discovery, creator tools, engagement loops, and monetization journeys.

Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across StoryTV and the broader Eloelo ecosystem.

Plan and run usability testing to validate concepts and continuously improve product experience.

Contribute to scalable design systems and interaction patterns for rapidly evolving features.

What you’ll bring:

4-6 years of experience in UX/Interaction Design with a strong foundation in human-centered design.

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who can take ownership of complex design problems from ambiguity to execution. Someone who can move comfortably between UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, and product thinking — while bringing clarity to both the team and the client.

What You'll Do

• Own UX design across projects, from understanding the problem and defining user needs to delivering polished digital experiences.
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear product and design directions.
• Lead user flows, information architecture, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design.

Role Overview:

As Product Designer at Marbles Health, you'll own the end-to-end design of our product experience from early strategy and user research through to final UI execution. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to influence not just how the product looks, but how it works and why.

This isn't a role for someone whose first instinct is only "I can make this look pretty."

What You'll Do

• Lead UX strategy for key product areas - translating user needs, business goals, and clinical/health considerations into clear design direction.
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, ideally in a consumer app, health tech, or fintech environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking (flows, research, problem-framing) and high-quality UI execution.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Comfort working with ambiguity - you can turn a loosely defined problem into a structured design process.
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), especially relevant in health products used by diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills, able to justify design decisions with reasoning, not just aesthetics.
• Bonus: prior experience in health tech, wellness, or a regulated/trust-sensitive consumer category.

Nice to Have

• Experience running or contributing to a formal design system.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (to collaborate more fluidly with engineering).
• Exposure to behavioral design principles (habit formation, nudges) relevant to health engagement.
• Motion design skills (micro-interactions, transitions, product animations).
• Experience creating print collaterals (brochures, packaging, in-clinic materials).
• An AI-forward mindset - curiosity about using AI tools in the design process and designing AI-native product experiences.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

• Ownership of at least one major product flow, redesigned or shipped based on user research.
