JD : KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
· Responsible for areas in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing process and reporting.
· Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries.
· Prepare fluctuations analysis for balance sheet accounts and income statements.
· Review general ledger details for proper classification, cut-off, and completeness.
· Consolidate financial statements including eliminating intercompany transactions.
· Prepare schedules and information needed for the Company’s SEC reporting
· Perform technical and regulatory accounting research and develop alternative approaches as deemed appropriate.
· Interfaces with internal and external auditors regarding financial reporting issues.
· Present recommendations/resolutions on various transactions across the organization.
- Analyze and assist in implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree with major in accounting.
- 4+ years of progressive experience.
· Accounting experience for public companies and big-four or mid-size accounting firm required.
- CPA is highly preferred with experience in public accounting and auditing.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
