Overview of the Job Profile

Business/ Customer Success Analyst will play a key role in driving Customer Success by nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business. The mission of Scrut Automation's Customer Success team is to transform our customer's compliance journey.

Responsibilities

● Own Customer Life Cycle & Account Management – from Sales Handover, Oversee & Ensure smooth on-boarding, Consistent Engagement with(MBRs and QBRs) building a Relationship of Trust & Transparency.

● Onboard customers with Integration support and drive adoption of the product.

● Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.

● Empathise with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customer's needs first.

● Rely heavily on data and analytics to identify customers at risk and engage proactively to mitigate churn risk.

● Track programs to move towards Perfect 10 (10 on a scale of 10 in customer satisfaction) and to establish new capability.

● Become a product expert on Scrut Automation and how our platform can be used to improve security posture through our standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA and GDPR).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field.

● Have 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.

● Have experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry.

● Have clear and thoughtful communication skills, with a strong critical thinking ability.

● Problem-solving ability and customer-centric outlook.

● Be comfortable with talking through technical concepts with a technical audience.

● Have a keen ability to multitask.

● Have an outstanding work ethic and know when/how to ask for help when you need it.

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Executive Qualifications

·      Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Developing a deep understanding of our vast data sources on the web and knowing exactly how, when, and which data to scrap, parse and store
• Working closely with Database Administrators to store data in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Developing frameworks for automating and maintaining constant flow of data from multiple sources
• Working independently with little supervision to research and test innovative solutions skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology
• 1 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong coding experience in Python (knowledge of Java, JavaScript is a plus)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with multi-processing, multi-threading, and AWS/Azure
• Strong knowledge of scraping frameworks such as Python (Request, Beautiful Soup), Web Harvest and others
• In depth knowledge of algorithms and data structures & previous experience with web crawling is a must

Work Profile
o Delivering a complete front end application in AgularJS
o Ensuring high performance on mobile and browser with reusable and modular components spanning cross multiple projects
o Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
o Integrate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API o Communicating with external web services for 3rd Party tools and services integration

Requirement
o 3+ years of experience and proficiency with AngularJS, JavaScript and HTML5
o Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
o Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
o Ability to provide SEO solutions and optimization

o Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

o Creating custom, general use modules, and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS

Basic Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of algorithms/data structures is a must
• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9
