Job responsibilities-

● Partnerships and Strategic Alliances: Build and manage an exclusive global network of technology partners providing portfolio companies access to a sought-after community of experts, intentional support and valuable resources. Source, filter and maintain partner lists across, talent, sales, marketing, product, design, technology etc that directly catalyse growth.

● Founder Community: Lead and implement the founder community strategy that puts the founders' growth and learning at the centre. You will engage and foster the community through intentional programs and content strategy.

● Events Management: You’ll design exclusive and thoughtful events and community engagement initiatives. The events will take many different forms: large speaker events, small group and interactive group discussions, that'll help 3one4 founders and their teams build formidable and enduring companies.

● Manage the Ecosystem: From portfolio founders, advisors, corporate networks, and investors, you'll be responsible for managing and creating truly engaging and meaningful touchpoints for the 3one4 ecosystem. You will also play a key role in identifying and establishing meaningful relationships with global and local partners who will play an impactful role in our growth journey.

 Managing the talent services for early-stage teams - identifying tools to help manage the pipeline and talent database; managing and tracking open roles from portfolio and talent partners.

● Operations: Manage operations, Identify gaps in processes and build systems around tasks.

Mandatory skills:

• Programming skills in Python, Robot framework, Selenium, Shell scripting
• Experience on L2/L3 protocols of VLAN/DHCP/LACP/IGMP/PPPoE.
• Should be familiar with device configuration protocols of CLI/NETCONF/SNMP.
• Experience in telecom technologies like DSLAM/GPON/G.fast/Next gen broadband technologies is highly recommended
• Knowledge on regression/performance/load/scale/stability test areas
• Hands on experience with Common industry equipment like Spirent test center/ixia/Abacus/Shenick(TeraVM)/N2X Traffic generators.
• Exposure to debug tools such as Wireshark/tcpdump.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on software Test cycle, test plan and test case creation
• Understanding of End to end test setup topology and debugging.
• Ability to perform System level Functional and Non-functional tests.
• Familiar with Manual test life cycle
• Designing and writing test automation scripts using automation frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipe line implementation and maintenance using Jenkins, Groovy scripting
• Linux skills (system configuration and administration, containers, networking experience and d) such as sockets and database management
• Good debugging skills and knowledge on various debug tools
• Bug reporting/tracking and providing logs.

Agile/Safe mode of work experience.

· Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters ·Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application ·Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments · Work closely with development manager, tech leads, Scrum master and Product owner to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development · Builds software solutions where the problem is not well defined. Designs and defines the interaction between the other component pieces · Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts. · Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment. · Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documentation supporting the design/coding tasks · Work with a highly multi-disciplinary team spread across multiple continents to drive technology changes and analytical findings · Self-motivated person on software development and code writing, should adopt the technology changes

Relevant job experience:

· 3 – 6 years of experience in software development · BS or MS in Computer Science or in a relevant Engineering discipline · Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design · Computer Science fundamentals in data structures · Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis ·  Strong technical experience with object oriented design (Java, JavaScript related technologies) and RDBMS; however this role appreciates NoSQL technologies exposure. · Working experience in Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) frameworks such as Angular, Node etc will be a plus, however core OOJS is expected. ·  Good knowledge of Data structures, Algorithms and distributed system design. ·Good knowledge on Deployment structures of the developing modules and Cloud based deployment precisely. · Good experience on any web framework with stringent security norms : Spring or equivalents · Good working experience in any ORM (Object Relational Mapping) frameworks ·Thorough working experience in one or more Web and Application Servers. Consistent track record and experience leading creation of complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers ·Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations  Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy  Will have experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems in a production environment · Ideal candidates will show excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems.

Core Responsibilities:

 

-Will be responsible for architecting, scaling and optimizing the entire technology platform across website and mobile for Zupee's Gaming Studio in alignment with the business vision.

-Will work closely with the founders, technology, product, marketing data science, data analytics, design, research & innovation, user relations team to identify opportunities for innovation and technical hurdles to business success.

-Will lead the evaluation and identification of the right technology stack for delivering Zupee's product portfolio.

-Will be responsible for driving the technology stack or engineering function-related people or team, processes, capabilities, and tools.

-Will establish key engineering-related metrics to measure product-stack mix success and optimization as the situation changes.

 

What are we looking for?

 

-Must have experience working in the Startup domain.

-Should have at least 9+ years of overall experience in engineering and must have played a leadership role, out of her/his overall experience.

-Hands-on engineering leader who has been an architect of scaling platform and deciding tech roadmap.

-Must have worked on emerging Tech Stacks.

-Must have a proven track record of independently architecting, scaling, and optimizing technology products from the ground up or prototype stage; delivering within time, budget and quality in the B2C environment.

-Good to have experience in startup domains and exp. starting or developing products from scratch.

-Must have demonstrated the ability to independently evaluate and identify relevant technology stacks (backend, frontend for mobile & web, and database management) for the product. (Preferably into NodeJS/ReactJS/Microservices architecture).

-Must have experience in business partnering, team building, program delivery, and product relatability.

-Has the ability to be hands-on, think clearly, analyze quantitatively, make data-driven decisions, communicate coherently, organize effectively, prioritize and relate to the business.

-Is metric-driven, fast-paced, attentive to detail, data-driven, and self-motivated.

Role: 1. Hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO: On-page & off-page optimization. 2. Responsible for boosting domain authority, page authority & trust flow of website by building links. 3. Competition analysis, research, content marketing, interlinking, tags management of all URL's of a website. 4. Proven experience in SEM to grow search engine ranking pages CTR. 5. Should be capable enough for research in latest updates by search engine & well served in implementing search engine optimization recommendation. 6. Work with the development team for on page jobs & marketing team from a content creation point of view. 7. Should be capable enough to manage optimizations of following’s website, mobile, content, local business, link building & keyword strategy to increase ranking on all major search network. Desired Profile: 1. 10 years min experience in core software development. 2. Hands-on experience building consumer Web/mobile apps at scale. 3. Strong exposure to open-source technology – Python, Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web development frameworks. 4. Strong architecture skills. 5. Ability to provide leadership to team and project with maturity. 6. Ability to interact with people effectively across functional areas.

Would be responsible for anything from front-end to back-end activities. Experience developing server-side technologies using Python ,Java or other languages. Experience working with Relational Databases, Concurrent Programming, AWS. Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and databases. Experience in UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Angular etc. Individual should be very passionate about technology Should have good problem solving/coding skills Should know how to go about complex/abstract problems and implement them
