Dot Net Developer

We’re seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead strategic initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Experience with financial services industry in Asia market is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Architect, guide and support scalable solutions using SFMC modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• ⁠Translate marketing goals into technical specifications and actionable workflows.
• ⁠Lead integration efforts with CRM systems, data platforms, and third-party platforms.
• ⁠Design and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalization.
• ⁠Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and platform security best practices.
• ⁠Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity.
• ⁠Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Architect
• ⁠Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and data modeling within SFMC.
• ⁠Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and event tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• ⁠Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau CRM, and CDP platforms is a plus.
• ⁠Familiarity with other similar marketing platforms like Mo Engage is an added advantage.

Work collaboratively with other developers and other product teams members to craft production ready features that have Quality built-in from inception

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners to confirm the requirements if they are not clear.

Be comfortable having technical conversations with the wider technology teams in Australia, Manila and India.

Good English communication is must.

Design solution for modules and execute them. Should be able to design and architect solutions with help of diagrams

Good at writing code which is testable, divided into clean and small modules.

Good at using ci-cd tools like

Jenkins, Harness for the purpose of

deploying code changes.

4+ years of proven experience as an Fullstack Developer primarily in javascript background

Must have experience in design and development of automation frameworks such as Javascript, Typescript, Nodejs, reactjs, Nextjs, Graphql, PostgresDB. If not postgres then they should have good amount of experience in working in SQL DB server.

Should be confident running CI/CD pipelines for testing/deploying their work

Exposure to teams with engineering practices including DevOps, high levels of automation and infrastructure as code Excellent communication skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint On-premises 2016/2019 development. • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework. • Hands-on experience with CSOM and SharePoint Web Services. • Knowledge of WebPart packaging and deployment. • Familiarity with SQL Server for backend integration. • Good understanding of SharePoint architecture and site collections.
