We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing Pune team. You will play a central role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user experiences for the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behaviour and translating insights into thoughtful designs that balance usability and visual appeal. While your primary focus will be UX design, you should also be comfortable supporting the team with basic graphic and visual design tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web applications.
- Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve product design.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
- Contribute to defining and documenting UX standards, workflows, and accessibility practices.
- Provide visual design support (e.g., icons, simple illustrations, and presentation visuals) when required, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles, ensuring design alignment throughout sprints.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS or technology products.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience designing web environments, with an eye for responsive and scalable design.
- Familiar with WCAG standards
- Ability to create clear and polished design deliverables that developers can easily implement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle occasional graphic design needs in support of UX projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive products such as Lovable or V0
- Familiarity with frontend handoff tools or basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
