Role Overview:

 We’re looking for a MERN Stack Engineer (SDE-2) who’s passionate about building impactful products and believes in working smarter—with AI copilots, automation, and lean dev cycles. You’ll be part of a high-ownership team responsible for delivering full-stack features, writing testable code, and deploying to production with CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using MongoDB, Nest.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Actively leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for faster development, documentation, and writing test cases.

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

• Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment using modern CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Vercel, AWS).

• Collaborate with product, data, and hardware teams in a lean setup to ship fast and iterate often.

• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability of front-end and backend systems.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of professional experience building products using the MERN stack.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture (React Hooks, Context API/Redux).

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB schema design.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and cloud deployments.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

• Demonstrated use of AI-based coding assistants in real-world development workflows.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to IoT systems or integration with hardware devices.

• Experience working with LoRaWAN protocols and sensor data ingestion.

• Familiarity with WebSockets, MQTT, or real-time data processing.

• Background in agriculture, climate-tech, or rural tech products.

• Knowledge of TypeScript or serverless architectures.

As a Development Lead, you will oversee and lead a team of software developers. Your primary goal is to guide the team towards successful development of high-quality software, while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions

with an emphasis on quality, best-practice coding standards, and cost-effectiveness.

• Build rapid technical prototypes for early validation of new technologies.

• Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they emerge.

• Collaborate effectively with other application teams to help building the right offerings

for our client delivery platform.

• Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into

technical solutions, providing leadership in the design and architecture processes.

• Stay informed about the latest technology and methodology by participating in industry

forums, having an active peer network, and engaging actively with customers.

• Cultivate a team environment focused on continuous learning, where innovative

technologies are developed and refined through collaborative effort.

Salary is not a constraint and right candidates will be paid up to 28 Lakhs

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a lead in leading and managing software development teams.

• Proficiency in Backend and Frontend technologies (NodeJS and ReactJS).

• Knowledge of best practices for API development in distributed environments;

• Coding complex modules.

• Code review and enforcing best practices.

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present, explain

and defend design concepts in team and stakeholder meetings.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, delivering work with speed and high

quality.

• Hands-on experience with engineering principles and design patterns.

• Passionate about writing clean, reusable and maintainable code.

• Building a knowledge base of the latest programming trends, best practices, and

methodologies.

Technical & Professional
Requirements

• Reactjs Nodejs developer must know MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React.
• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
• MERN stack developer must have proven experience in front & back-end development
• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
• Candidate must have good Knowledge of Node Debugging
• Understanding & proficiency in REST APIs.
• MERN stack developer should know Git Repository
• Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB]

• Implementation of security and data protection
• Elementary knowledge of GRAPHQL
• Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques
• MERN software developer must have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Type of Work

• 80% Backend 20% Frontend
• Building SAAS products inhouse and working on SI(System integrator) projects for other SAAS companies

• Graduation in computers –Full-time B.E / B. Tech or an MCA degree (Regular Program, no part-time or long-distances courses).

Experience required - 3 year(minimum) in MERN Stack

Salary - 15-20 LPA

Qualifications & Criteria

1. 3+ Years of development experience in the full-stack development (preferred MERN technology stack). Should be proficient in working with technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and JS with frameworks like NodeJs and ReactJS.

2. Should have good knowledge of databases like Linux.

5. Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.
