Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced “Business Development Executive” to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

 Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

 Identifying new revenue opportunities

 Building business relationships with current and potential clients

 Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

 Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

 Collaborating with management on sales goals

 Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

 Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field

 Minimum of 0.6 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role

Requirements :-

• Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of the news industry, with the ability to interpret market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, balancing SEO impact with user experience and audience growth.
• Experience utilizing top industry SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Botify, and Ahrefs.
• Strong understanding of Schema.org, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP status codes, and web standards.

We are seeking a skilled Qlik Developer with 4-5 years of experience in Qlik development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QlikView and Qlik Sense, along with strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders. Knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

QlikView and Qlik Sense Development: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining QlikView/Qlik Sense applications and dashboards.

Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating interactive reports and dashboards, with a deep understanding of data storytelling.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Experience in data extraction from multiple data sources (databases, flat files, APIs) and transforming it into actionable insights.

Qlik Scripting: Knowledge of Qlik scripting, set analysis, and expressions to create efficient solutions.

Data Modeling: Expertise in designing and implementing data models for reporting and analytics.

Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical business users and translate their requirements into effective BI solutions.

Troubleshooting and Support: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Qlik applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Other BI Tools: Experience in using other business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

SQL & Data Querying: Familiarity with SQL for data querying and database management.

Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud in relation to BI and data solutions.

Programming Knowledge: Exposure to programming languages like Python or R.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liaising with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
• The role will entail building and manage relationships with the Insurance Companies.
• Establish relationships with business leaders and underwriters of all insurance companies.
• Be primarily responsible for getting the best quotations across insurers, handle negotiations around policy terms and price.
• Be accountable for end-to-end group insurance product delivery for our partners.
• Maintain and improve the UAT sign off TATs as aligned by the organization.
• Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the organization.
• Own overall delivery of the product from functions across product, compliance, legal, tech, and other functions.
• Be accountable for the delivery of API integration of new products with partners ecosystem (Web service and API integration).

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience with any Insurance Company
• 4 years of relevant experience in the Insurer Relations Team, Central Product Team,
• Placements Team, Distribution Planning, Partner Onboarding, Process Excellence vertical/teams
• Masters degree is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset, networking, and relationship building are must-have competencies
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results

• Writing clean and efficient code for Android applications.
• Atleast published 1-2 apps on play store.
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.

• You have prior exposure to Kotlin, Android SDK.
• Understanding of design patterns and mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM / MVC / MVP.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• You are a problem solver with good analytical skills.
• Prior experience in accessibility applications or voice-based applications will be a plus not a necessity
• Passion to work in dynamic, start-up environment
