Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the position requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather relevant information.
2. Placement Coordination:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the placement process, including conducting background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.
• Ensure timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and assist in making job offers.
3. Onboarding Support:
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and equipment on their first day.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period, addressing their queries and providing support as needed.
4. Recruitment Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the google sheets or HR database.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for HR management and hiring managers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the placement process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in HR recruitment, placement coordination, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate and employee data.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
- Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Interacting with advertisers along with the demand team to understand campaign performance & to further optimize campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-6 years professional experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Working knowledge of HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
- Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college
- Candidates should have very good connection with Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks.
- Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Team management skills as well as ability to work independently.
- Thorough understanding of the types of fraud in Web or Mobile.
- Must have existing relationship with wide array of Affiliates / Publishers / Ad Networks.
- Strong understanding of attribution mechanisms, cookies, pixels, tracking platforms & MMPs

Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of Experience in QA role

Responsibilities
- Decide, plan and document different user flows to be tested.
- Communicate with the end-users (It will be our own team in this case) to properly understand their pain points.
- Thoroughly test the different user flows.
- Document and communicate the bugs and issues in the flow back to the developer team.
- Building and operationalizing large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AZURE data and analytics services in combination with custom solutions - Azure Synapse/Azure SQL DWH, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Spark, HDInsights, Databricks, CosmosDB, EventHub/IOTHub.
- Experience in migrating on-premise data warehouses to data platforms on AZURE cloud.
