Take part in pre-project activities like formulating the project statement, project objectives and high level requirements of the project in coordination with the customer. Manage the analysis of the project requirements. With the development team/lead, put together project effort estimates, create project plan and communicate the same to the customer. Be able to identify skill sets required for the project and schedule resources accordingly. Take part in the interviewing process to staff resources for the project Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Leading teams technically in designing and development with following technical skills but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL server, MVC architecture. Should have some knowledge about test planning, test scenarios, test cases - writing and execution - in short should be able to manage and lead the test related activities too. Strong Object Oriented concepts ASP.Net ASP.Net AJAX ASP.Net MVC 4 / 5 SQL Server 2014 / 2016 - Stored Procedures Sql server reporting services or a similar reporting tool. C# HTML 5.0, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS 3.0, Less Experience with Tools Microsoft Project Visual Studio 2013, 2015, 2017 SQL Server Management Studio 2014, 2016 JIRA or a similar Item Tracking Tool Scrum board Source Control - GitHub, Plastic SCM, Team Foundation Server Experience Doing project management activities using Agile/Scrum methodology. Should be able to prepare project management reports like burn down charts etc. Scrum Master 4-5 years’ experience developing ASP.Net web forms and at least 1-2years with ASP.Net MVC applications. Been in technical leadership role. 5-6 years’ experience designing and developing application framework.
