Rupayya (www.rupayya.com) is looking for a passionate and skilled iOS Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Swift, a good understanding of iOS frameworks, and the ability to deliver scalable and performant applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift / Objective-C
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers

1. Handle Clients queries and their requirements of Commercial property
2. Sell real estate Commercial  properties to Corporate & HNI clients
3. Show client different available option of properties
4. Send proposals to client
5. Build Relationship with HNI & Corporate clients.

Collections Officer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.

Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.

Excellent negotiating skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with state debt collection laws.

Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.

Knowledge of office and accounting software.
