Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Android developer to join our growing company. You will collaborate as part of a team of developers to work on creating and maintaining Android apps.

As an Android developer, you will need to be familiar with the Android ecosystem and mobile app development, including familiarity with popular app frameworks and software development best practices. Your duties will include maintaining existing codebases, including bug fixing, and creating apps from scratch as part of a team while following all coding guidelines and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable Android applications for our centralized cryptocurrency exchange platform.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements and wireframes into high-quality code and user interfaces.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the Android application.
4. Optimize application performance for mobile devices, including memory usage, battery consumption, and network efficiency.
5. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and code quality.
6. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and implement new features seamlessly.
7. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability.
8. Contribute to the overall architecture, design, and development of our Android application, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience developing Android applications, with a strong portfolio of published apps on the Google Play Store.
2. Proficiency in or Kotlin programming languages, along with a deep understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
3. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial markets is a plus.

• 3+ Years of experience in developing iOS applications
• Experience in defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
