What would you be doing here?

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original UI Designs of website Mockups, app interfaces and dashboards.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images and work on the formulation and implementation of the design system.
• Take independent ownership of tasks and follow through with product managers and tech into development.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
• Have curiosity about tech and the latest design trends and software.

• Minimum 3 years of proven industry experience designing UI for mobile apps and the web.

• Should have some knowledge of how HTML works.

Responsibilities: 

Plan and implement new designs 

Optimise existing user interface designs 

Test for intuitively and experience. 

Understand the business problems and work closely with the UX team and take lead in converting wireframes into intuitive visual design experiences.

Testing UIs and user flows after development. 

Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

Disprz is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging videos mainly for e-learning, concept explainers, corporate presentations and marketing and product demos. The designer should have an eye for detail, participate in brainstorming sessions with the ID / customer and share new design perspectives and ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and create enticing animations
• Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project
• Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics
• Select and edit audio tracks for the animation
• Edit artwork, illustrations and infographics used in the animation
