Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Develop, customize, and optimize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Collaborate with designers using Figma to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, user-friendly websites.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality assurance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP.
- Proven experience in WordPress theme/plugin development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for design collaboration.
- Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
