Job Description

We are looking for a Product designer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive mobile products. She/He will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects. That includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and testing them out with actual users. 

The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions, and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.

Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.

• Experienced with 1+ years in Product Design/UX roles.
• Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio
• Experience in designing mobile applications

• Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

We’re looking for an experienced UX/Product designer to take on the end-to-end design of the web and mobile product suite experience. As a pivotal member the Anarock’s team, this portfolio will support Product Managers and Engineering for a broad set of digital experiences.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into product concepts by iterating and optimising UI designs while maintaining a consistent and user-friendly experience across mobile and web platforms.

We have 3 key focus areas: Product Design, User Research, and Visual Design.

Key job responsibilities

• Design web and native mobile app experiences that delight our users and help drive the company vision

• Collaboration with the product, engineering, data, marketing, and other teams to ensure a quality end-to-end customer experience
• Create consistent and thoughtful designs that include user flows, interaction designs, information architecture, and more
• Pitch and present designs to stakeholders for sign-off
• Provide accurate specifications for the engineering team
• Create design system to ensure consistent experience across various features
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to help the design team  

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience (Product Based Company) in all phases of the design process: user research, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability
• Experience in complex UX/UI design and end-to-end processes in B2B SaaS and B2C
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android native app patterns
• Strong understanding of visual design basics (color theory, typography, spacing)
• Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals (forms, interaction methods, responsive design etc.)
• Expertise with user-centered design principles
• Deep knowledge of design tools, such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma,

Purpose of the role

The UX Architect will be directly involved in designing a user and will be responsible for a meaningful presentation of information and organizational structure on the website from the user’s perspective. The candidate will conceptualise the layout and functionality contained within interactive interfaces of websites and will be responsible for optimizing the usability of the website applications to allow various user roles to accomplish their objectives in a manner that results in the best possible user experience.

1. Demonstrate effective management of shifting priorities, delivering thorough work products and meeting project deadlines.
2. Working on information visualization, including information architecture, user flow/interaction modelling, node-based and tagged taxonomy development and other information-related frameworks and methodologies.
3. Developing low to medium-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, augmented as necessary with clear annotations of UI control behaviour, to hand off to front and back-end development and quality assurance teams.
4. Develop, extend and apply detailed user interface specifications, UI pattern libraries, reusable GUI components, content inventories, and design guidelines for ecommerce websites, delivered in Agile software development cycles.
5. Employ a variety of user-centered iterative design methodologies and objective evaluation techniques.

7. As needed, lead the translation of business requirements into simple, highly usable, and compelling interface layouts; defining how the user interacts with site functionality
