Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have the following experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
2. You have experience with developing, maintaining and supporting production applications which have live users using Angular.
3. You have experience with State managment and NgRx (ideally) or any other framework
4. You are NOT a fresh graduate with no production experience
5. You have excellent English speaking skills
6. Strong understanding of the DOM, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
7. 3+ years of in-depth experience with Angular (2/4/8/x)
8. 1+ years of experience with additional web libraries and frameworks. Preferred: NgRx, Rx.js.

Additional Skills Desired

1. Ability to be empathetic and form strong working relations with your team members.
2. Strong understanding of debugging and ability to quickly debug code, find problems and produce fixes.
3. Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns
4. Experience with unidirectional data flow patterns (Redux, etc.)
5. Experience with RxJS or other Reactive programming techniques/libraries
6. Experience using ES2015 (ES6) and TypeScript 2.x
7. Indepth experience in using GIT and understanding of GIT workflows Experience in building and maintaining a reusable components library in angular
8. An excellent eye for detail to bring our products designs to life using pixel perfect styling, interactions and animation.
9. Familiarity with agile development practices (a/b testing,unit testing,continuous deployment,continuous integration,scrums) and worked in a product driven environment.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of audience.
11. Proven ability to work with designers and other non-technical and technical team members (wireframes, rapid prototypes, PoC’s, white boarding)

We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer.

• Hands-on with contemporary javascript frameworks (React js Angular js)
• Hands-on with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap
• Developed reusable components and libraries for frontend
• Frontend optimization techniques to reduce latencies
• Frontend optimization for SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, design thinking
• Practical experience with engineering best practices and Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Build desktop and mobile web applications using contemporary javascript frameworks

•Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust
applications and prototypes

•Explore and design simple and intuitive consumer experiences

•Work closely with Product managers, UX designers and back end
engineers to implement frontend solutions

•Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focus on long-term code
maintainability

•Work in a fast-paced and agile development environment

• Strong MVCC frontend development experience in Angular, React, Vue, Angularjs, REDUX, or similar frameworks
• Strong foundation skills in HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, SCSS, Javascript, OO Javascript (OOJS), and JQuery 
• Responsive design techniques, highly proficient with strong security and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience building reusable components using modern techniques
• Experience building PWA and Hybrid applications using Ionic, React Native, etc. is a plus
• If you don’t have experience with MVCC frameworks like Angular, we will still consider if your fundamental skills (HTML, CSS, JS) are strong

Role Description:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer (  Preferably React Js) who will be architecting and developing cutting-edge features for Radiusagent web applications . An ideal candidate will have prior experience in eCommerce Products and worked closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners. 

Responsible for- 

• You will be constantly and consistently implementing new features and optimize existing ones from controller-level to UI- Vigilantly and rapidly fix bugs.
• You will continuously solve problems to give our customers a delightful experience.
• You will be working closely with Product manager and back-end engineers to implement front-end solutions. 
• You will be endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating, and making a difference.
• You will have to be extremely detail-oriented to strive for pixel-perfect implementation in all browsers.
• You should have the ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components.
• You should have the passion for performance debugging and benchmarking.

Requirement-

• 5+ years of experience in building scalable commercial web applications.
• A passion to provide a good user experience
• Deep expertise in Javascript and work experience in using one of the frameworks available (React JS, Angular, Node JS, EmberJS, etc).
• If you are passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work autonomously and to be able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in-depth experience in developing web-based applications.

• Excellent knowledge of multiple technologies like .NET 4.0-4.6, ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, C# .NET, VB.NET,  AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS, ADO .NET, Entity Framework.
• Working Knowledge in MVC Architecture will be preferable.
• Experience in Web Services, WCF, Web API.
• Experience in Windows Forms, WPF.
• Experience in JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery.
• Working knowledge in SQL queries Stored Procedures, with a strong background in SSRS/SSIS report writing.
