As a founding software engineer, your major role would be to take full ownership of development & scaling of backend, collaborating with AI-ML engineers to develop scalable pipelines. • 3-5 yrs+ experience with python & concurrency, having experience with golang is a plus
• Taking ownership of the complete backend & development cycles, having great knowledge of frontend is a plus
• Be core part of code and design reviews and make sure our products bar is high on coding and design standards and on Engineering fundamentals
• Taking high level decisions on designing systems across all engineering
• Represent in the Engineering Shiprooms and make technical tradeoffs.
