• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Unit and under the guidance of Recruiting Manager to close all open position requirements
• Research and identify the most suitable platforms and options for sourcing relevant profiles
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for sourcing relevant profiles
• Responsible to screen candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates and find the right-fit profile
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Should be able to close open position requirements within the set time-frame
• Should be able to conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
• Connect with the candidates whom the joining offer has been made and ensure they convert to full-time employee
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity

Create and maintain database tables, views, indexes, and triggers.

Implement and maintain database code in the form of stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, etc.

Develop and maintain high-quality stored procedures.

Write low cost, high-quality database queries and code while maintaining data quality, privacy, and security

Profile databases, measure database performance and troubleshoot complex database issues, and IO bottlenecks.

Optimize database queries and ensure table locking/deadlocks happen in production.

Optimize large, complicated SQL statements & Stored Procedures.

Cost optimization of Amazon instances using databases.

Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels

Knowledge of message queuing, indexing, and high-performance data concept

Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON.

Good Grasp of ETL concepts

Work with front-end developers to define simple yet powerful APIs

Work with DBAs to ensure the efficiency of database code, integrity of data structures and quality of data content.

Coordinate with product managers and leadership teams to build effective database objects

• Knowledge of pipeline execution
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies in sprint automation Test design and automation experience in web applications client-server applications mobile applications

Technical Project Manager

Exp : 10 to 15 Years

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with US client teams to understand business requirements and project milestones. Provide technical suggestions and strategy in project planning.
• Prepare Project Plan and track the project progress of deliverables and Milestones. Report the status to higher management regularly.
• Monitor Budget and Timeline at regular Intervals and plan proactive steps to control them.
• Identifies opportunities for improving business prospects with the client.
• Help team in resolving technical and functional aspects across project life cycle.
• Planning and execution of training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
• Hold regular project reviews with internal & client stakeholders.
• Prepare organized and informative presentations whenever required.

Required Skill

• At least 2 years’ experience in managing large technology engineering team or L2/L3 Technology Support team with an overall experience of at least 10 years in IT industry.
• Experience in BI Tools like MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Tableau or ETL Tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, and SSIS.
• Experience in Datawarehouse and BI Reporting projects as developer or Lead or Architect
• Experience in generating reports on SLAs, KPIs, metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in attracting and hiring excellent talent Ability to mentor, and bring best out of the team. Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement.
