Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or any Graduate in IT or Computer Science or MCA.  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.

• Strong experience in .NET Development using C#
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts
• Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC
• Experience working with Visual Studio and related development tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Exposure to Angular or React will be an added advantage
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and debug applications using .NET technologies
• Develop scalable and secure applications using ASP.NET framework
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs
• Work closely with UI/UX, backend, and database teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development practices

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design, and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases. 

Requirement:

·        3-4 years of experience in web applications/full stack development using PHP, Ajax, Linux, MySQL, Apache

·        Good experience with PHP frameworks CodeIgniter (Laravel, symphony etc. would be a plus)

·        Hands on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design, API integrations

·        Working knowledge of cron jobs

·        Familiarity with modern libraries and frameworks. ie: Bootstrap, jQuery, etc

·        Expertise in developing highly scalable and performant web applications.

·        Proficient in debugging and diagnosing production systems

·        Experience in preparing design specifications/documents.

Good to have:

·        Familiar with Payment Gateways/Wallet integrations is a plus.

·        Experience working with JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, etc.

·        Good written and technical communication skills.

·        Working knowledge of WordPress with plug-in development.

Responsibilities:

Primary Skills:

.Net/.Net Core, C#, OOPS and SQL Server as a key technology, which covers frontend and backend work. Knowledge of DevOps (building and deployment) and the Cloud is nice to have.

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.

Test and deploy applications and systems.

Revise, update, refactor and debug code.

Improve existing software.

Eligibility

3+ years of experience in building web applications. Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership

Advanced proficiency in C#, very clear OOPS concepts, In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0/ Authentication/ Authorization

Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records

Good to have any scripting(powershell) knowledge, JS based UI Frameworks

Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experienced in complex logic designing and implementation

Should have worked in Agile development environment and best practices

Good to have experience in secure development practices

1. Research and post on a LinkedIn community we are building

2. Conduct market research into social media trends, influencers, ETC

3. Explore AI tools & SaaS tools that can automate and scale current efforts

4. Come up with creative strategies to improve engagement/impressions

5. Research on competitors' outreach strategies.

E-commerce solution sales is preferred

Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends and customer 

Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers

Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities

Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas

Perform effective online demos to prospects and Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
