Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to build, grow, and energize the CoinCROWD community across digital and IRL platforms. You’ll be the voice of the brand, the go-to for users, and the bridge between the product and the people who love it (or need to). This is your chance to shape how India’s next million crypto users engage with Web3.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute community strategy across platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
- Be the face and voice of CoinCROWD in community channels
- Actively engage, respond, and interact with users daily
- Run community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and referral initiatives to drive engagement and retention
- Build and manage a team of community moderators and ambassadors
- Coordinate with product, growth, and support teams to route feedback, resolve issues, and keep the community informed
- Track and report on community health, sentiment, and key engagement metrics
- Identify partnership and collab opportunities with influencers, creators, and Web3 communities
- Turn users into loyal advocates by making their crypto journey frictionless and fun
What We're Looking For
- 2–10+ years of experience in community management, digital engagement, or social media roles (preferably in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech)
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and online behavior. You live on Twitter and Telegram
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a clear, friendly, and confident tone
- Ability to moderate fast-paced communities and handle user issues with empathy and professionalism
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a bias for execution
Bonus Points For
- Experience managing Web3 or token-based communities
- Being active in Indian crypto or DeFi spaces
- Familiarity with tools like Discord bots, Telegram analytics, Notion, etc.
- Meme-making skills or a good shitpost game 😎
