What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Brand & Campaign Design

• Create high impact visuals for digital campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, landing pages, and websites
• Translate brand strategy into visual systems, not just single creatives
• Design campaign identities including typography, color logic, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
• Maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries

Social & Performance Creative

• Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and paid ads
• Understand how design affects CTR, retention, and conversions
• Work closely with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data
• Create A/B variants fast without killing visual quality

Motion & Modern Formats

• Design for short-form video formats including Reels, Shorts, and Stories
• Create motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent tools
• Understand pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling for 3 to 30 second formats

Speed & Ownership

• Handle multiple brands simultaneously without quality drop
• Work with tight timelines and fast feedback loops
• Take ownership from brief to final output
• Push back when a brief is weak and propose better creative directions

Design Fundamentals

• Strong command over visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory

Tools Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
