Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. This is a commission-based position where the successful candidate will earn a competitive commission on each conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients to understand their digital marketing and web development needs.
Present our range of services and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Proposal Development: elop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals outlining the benefits of our services.
Address client concerns and objections effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Reporting: : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Utilize social media and other channels to expand the company's online presence.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Work collaboratively with the team to optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and website design/development services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Compensation : This is a commission-based position, and the Business Development Executive will earn a competitive commission on each successful conversion.
Timing : The timing of the job is flexible, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
