Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, experience in B2B industrial sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships by offering tailored technical solutions. You will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle—from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support—while working independently in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes for industrial equipment and technical solutions.
• Analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and propose appropriate customized technical solutions.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new clients.
• Deliver effective product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
• Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals while ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing efforts.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce for sales tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in sectors like material handling equipment, storage solutions, air compressors, or industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

We are looking for a responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to our MD & CEO in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MD & CEO’s working life and communication with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.

Working as an Assistant at Navtech, you will:

• Act as the single point of contact between our MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries from various stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage our MD & CEO’s diary and schedule his meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements for our MD & CEO as and when required
• Take dictation and minutes of meeting as per requirement
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs for the MD & CEO accordingly
• Implement & execute business workflows
• Handle employee queries & report them to the MD

• Someone with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a CXO / MD / CEO
• Someone with good knowledge of general office management systems and processes, and up-to-date knowledge of latest office gadgets, applications and technologies
• Someone with proficiency in usage of MS Office
• Someone who is well versed in use of English for regular communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi would also be preferable, but not mandatory
• Someone with good educational background with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Someone with the ability to multitask and prioritize their own daily workload
• Someone who can maintain a high level of integrity and discretion while handling all confidential information that they come across

Role and Responsibilities:

• To ensure  success   as   a   js   developer,   you   should   possess extensive   knowledge   of   Node.Js   based   services   like   Express   js, Multer.
• Candidate must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce.
• Knowledge of GIT is a must.
• Must have sound knowledge of creating API through postman or similar tools, developing and maintaining all server-side network requests, ensuring optimal performance of the central database, collaborating with   front-end   developers   on   the   integration   of elements.
• Deep Understanding of mongo and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Microservices.
• Good understanding of AWS services, Like Instance,S3, Route53, Elastic Bean Etc.
• Best writing code understanding.

• Prior Proven Experience in growing organic traffic and generating leads.
• Create a Content Strategy in accordance with the Marketing Funnel Stages.
• Hard-core Expertise in SEO Strategies like Competitor Research, Keyword Research, Content Strategy, Link Building, and Technical SEO, etc.
• Lead a team of SEO Executives, Content Writers, and Web Developer.
• Collect data and Present reports on traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO aspects to Top Management.
• Needs to have a good command of English
• Basic Finance knowledge is preferred.
