Job Title: Business Development Executive (Agency)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our creative agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.

* Identify and approach prospective clients for branding, website development, digital marketing, and creative services.

* Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions.

* Convert leads into clients by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations in coordination with internal teams.

* Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.

* Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and MS Office.

* Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer responsible for designing and developing robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) and be proficient in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Planning and organizing training programs for employees

• Tracking and accounting for all deductions like PF, Professional Tax etc.
• Processing and maintaining HR documents as per statutory requirements and employment laws

passion for all things JavaScript, having built complex single-page applications on React/Redux for at least 2 years.

Profound understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities to build beautiful, fast and snappy applications.

Comfortable with jest for writing unit and integration tests/puppeteer for e2e tests.

Curiosity to remain updated with the newest technologies and frameworks. Intuition for usability and UI design, with an ability to balance polish with the constraints of timing and scope.

Comfort with any of WebRTC/Backend Stack/React Native is a strong plus.
