Techmero is looking for a skilled QA Tester with Mobile App Testing experience who can also take on the role of a Scrum Master to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing mobile applications across different platforms, along with experience in Agile project management.

Responsibilities:

QA Testing (Mobile Apps)

• Test mobile applications for functionality, usability, performance, security, and compatibility across different devices and OS versions.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving app quality and user experience.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
• Track project progress, communicate updates, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Tester or Mobile App Tester.
• Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across different devices and OS versions.
• Strong understanding of mobile app testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a solid understanding of Scrum principles.
• Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate Agile processes.

What you will do:

• Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the best homegrown credit card stack.
