👤Your Role: Escalation Handling & Operations Executive

In this role, you’ll be responsible for resolving high-priority customer complaints while also ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, mechanics, and internal teams, making sure issues are resolved quickly and customers leave happy.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism

✅ Coordinate with mechanics, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues on time

✅ Track, document, and close all escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction

✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest process improvements 

✅ Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards 

✅ Support daily operational activities like scheduling, service tracking, and reporting

✅ Share weekly/monthly reports of escalations and operational challenges with management

🎯 Who You Are:

✔️2+ years of experience in customer support, complaint handling, or operations (BPO/automobile/service industry preferred) 

✔️ Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English) 

✔️ Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities 

✔️ Calm under pressure with the ability to handle angry/frustrated customers

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & tracking

What you'll do:

·         Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

·         Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·         Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·         Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

·         Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

·         Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

·         Mentor junior developers on the team

Basic Qualifications: 

·         Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·         At least 6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering web applications with Angular, Node, Typescript, IONIC and JavaScript

·         At least 2 years of experience building iOS-based applications utilizing hybrid technologies

·         At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Openshift

·         Experience integrating with native device API’s (iOS)

·         Experience with front-end and/or mobile-specific testing frameworks

·         Strong experience in object-oriented design and development

·         Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs

·         Excellent sense of web design, passionate about creating and refining great mobile user experiences.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines   

·         Strong collaboration skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Proficient with Apache Cordova framework

·         Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin

• Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS

·         Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management

·         Experience developing and deploying applications within Kubernetes based containers

·         Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques

• Experience in Developing QlikView / Qlik Sense BI visualizations and dashboards. QlikSense and NPrintiing experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of building Qlik Sense dashboards applying business rules and data validations.
• In-depth understanding of Qlik Sense Server Architecture, building QVDs and QVFs, applying business rules and data validations.
• Familiarity with charts and graphs, creating complex visualizations for dynamic aggregation Good Knowledge of Incremental data loading concepts and data modeling.
• Additionally, Qlik developers have to troubleshoot issues and provide the necessary solution

Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a product role at a consumer technology organization, preferably a startup
• Hands-on approach and a willingness to roll-up one's sleeves and get the job done
• High on user empathy so you can be the voice of the customer and solve real problems through your products
• Exceptional decision-making skills to prioritize across needs to achieve maximum value
• Thrive in a start-up environment: love dealing with pace, changing needs, and limited resources
• Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically including the ability to formulate data-driven and result-oriented decisions
• Salary - 70 - 95 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the product definitions and execution. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to build an actionable product roadmap
• Work with cross-functional teams (like Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing) to create and implement a decisive product plan from product development to actual production. You own the execution
• This role requires hustle and demonstrable experience in prioritization- we have to move from 0 -> 1 pretty quickly
• Set your product’s goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Jupiter’s mission and drive maximum impact. You should understand numbers and what they mean

Communication:

Should be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas, communicate with key stakeholders (which includes technical and business teams across the organization) and leverage those discussions to translate business requirements to the engineering team.

• Work on world-class solutions to deliver industry's leading Cloud operations management
• Develop system architecture, design and build platform services for scalable, resilient, multi-tenant Cloud SaaS. Examples of work include:
• Writing microservices based distributed applications
• Designing REST APIs for backend services

• Handle cross-cutting microservices concerns such as externalizing configuration, logging, health checks, metrics, distributed tracing

• Has significant (3+ years) experience developing and deploying Cloud services for a large scale software projects on public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Has hands-on experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions on public clouds (AWS)
• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, Java, GO, Python
• Has expertise with microservices, infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), etc.
• Has experience working with containerization, cluster orchestration, or infrastructure management frameworks (such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
• Basic knowledge of AWS security (IAM, Cognito)
• Knowledge of good engineering practices and agile culture
