URHired is an Irish EdTech/HR-tech startup building Tessa, an AI-powered interview coaching platform that helps neurodivergent jobseekers prepare for and succeed in job interviews. We partner with community organisations, universities, and employability programmes to bring Tessa to jobseekers who are underserved by traditional interview prep. We're an early-stage, Enterprise Ireland-backed startup with active paying customers and a growing partner pipeline.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced developer (or small development team) to build out Tessa's core platform: an AI-driven mock interview experience with voice interaction, resume/JD matching, performance feedback, and an admin panel to manage users, content, and subscriptions.

This is a scoped build against a defined specification

What You'll Build

• Web application — user registration, resume upload & parsing, AI mock interviews (voice-based via ElevenLabs), instant feedback and scoring, interview history, job application tracker, gamification (XP, streaks, badges)
• Admin panel — user management, AI/interview configuration, content and question bank management, subscription and reporting tools
• Mobile app (Flutter, iOS + Android) — a lightweight companion or full-featured version of the above, scope to be finalised with the successful candidate

Tech Stack / Integrations

• Web-first architecture (PWA), with Flutter for native mobile
• ElevenLabs AI Agents for voice-based interview conversations
• Claude/OpenAI API for interview analysis and feedback
• Stripe for payments and subscriptions
• Standard auth, email, and cloud hosting integrations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience shipping production web and/or mobile applications end-to-end
• Comfortable integrating third-party AI/voice APIs (ElevenLabs, Claude/OpenAI, or similar)
• Experience with subscription/payment integrations (Stripe)
• Able to work independently against a written spec, with clear, regular communication
• Bonus: experience building for accessibility or neurodivergent/vulnerable user groups
• Bonus: prior experience in EdTech, HR tech, or recruitment platforms

Engagement

• Contract/project-based, scope and timeline to be agreed against our SOW
• Remote work is fine; occasional availability for calls with the founder (Dublin-based, GMT/IST hours)

Android Developer with 2-3 years of

experience in developing mobile applications using Kotlin. The ideal candidate should

have experience in building high-performance Android applications, integrating APIs, and

implementing advanced Android features. Flutter experience is a plus, as it will be

beneficial for cross-platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack components.

• Implement MVVM architecture, clean code practices, and reusable components.

• Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs for seamless integration.

• Handle offline storage, background processing, and push notifications.

• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and UI responsiveness.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues for application stability and security.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams.

• Follow Google’s Material Design guidelines and Android best practices.

• Write unit and UI tests for ensuring application reliability.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Android app development using Kotlin.

• Strong knowledge of Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation,

Room, WorkManager, etc.).

• Experience in RecyclerView, Fragments, and ConstraintLayout.

• Proficient in REST API integration using Retrofit or Volley.

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic understanding of Unit Testing and debugging tools like Android Profiler.

• Bonus: Experience in Flutter for cross-platform development is an added

advantage.

We are a UK-based SaaS company powering online ordering, POS, and mobile apps for restaurants and takeaways. We already serve 1200+ clients on our legacy platform and are migrating to a modern Python-Django, React, Flutter, microservices stack hosted on OVH Cloud.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Architect/Lead based in India (preferably Kerala) who can:

• Act as technical counterpart to business leadership in the UK.

• 7–10 years professional development experience, with at least 3 years leading teams or projects.

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Python-Django (backend, APIs, ORM, migrations)

• Flutter (cross-platform apps)

• React (admin dashboards)

• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployments)

• Proven track record of shipping SaaS products from MVP → production.

• Experience cleaning up/refactoring messy codebases.

• Ability to mentor mid-level and junior devs.

• Bonus: Experience with restaurant/retail tech, POS, or fintech/payments.
