Roles & Responsibilities :

What we're looking for:

- You believe in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, & etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
- You must have defined, designed and built varied components of web-based and/or mobile applications
- Experience using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) to build Windows desktop applications is a plus
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, JQuery, D3) is a plus
- Experience with SQL Server (relational databases) and no-SQL Databases (Apache Cassandra or similar)
- Strong analytical skills – be a problem solver and be able to develop complex algorithms
- Strong familiarity of software architecture, databases and design patterns

Job description

Responsibilities
- Consulting with management on the operational requirements of software solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software development and DevOps, specifically managing AWS Infrastructure such as EC2s, RDS, Elastic cache, S3, IAM, cloud trail and other services provided by AWS.
- Experience Building a multi-region highly available auto-scaling infrastructure that optimises performance and cost. plan for future infrastructure as well as Maintain & optimise existing infrastructure.
- Conceptualise, architect and build automated deployment pipelines in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins.
- Conceptualise, architect and build a containerised infrastructure using Docker, Mesosphere or similar SaaS platforms.
- Conceptualise, architect and build a secured network utilising VPCs with inputs from the security team.
- Work with developers & QA to institute a policy of Continuous Integration with Automated testing Architect, build and manage dashboards to provide visibility into delivery, production application functional and performance status.
- Work with developers to institute systems, policies and workflows which allow for rollback of deployments Triage release of applications to production environment on a daily basis.

- Provide level-3 technical support on your customer's most complex issues
- Lead implementation of low-level security controls in Cloud environments, for services, server and containers
- Remotely diagnose & resolve DevSecOps issues in customer environments - able to resolve their DevOps issues that may be interfering with CloudPassage processing.
- Interact with CloudPassage Engineering team by providing customer issue reproduction and data capture, technical diagnostics and validating fixes. QA experience preferred.
- Establish and program manage proactive, value-driven, high-touch relationships with your customers to understand, document and align customer strategies, business objectives, designs, processes and projects with Halo platform capabilities and broader CloudPassage services.
