Technical Project Manager

You will be working particularly on the operations, customer retention side of myHQ ensuring we have a happy and growing user base. This means a strong focus on customer experience and staff management. Role and Responsibilities: 1) Customer Issue Resolution: Basic customer resolution for any queries, issues they face at our locations 2) Customer Feedback and Retention: Take constant feedback from our users on their experience and work on improving our services 3) Coordination with our partner HQs to ensure experience does not get hampered, leads are handled systematically

Strong understanding of the Web-based Java Application and architecture - Good hands on
experience in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, AngularJS, jQuery, ReactJS, JSON and Restful web
services is a MUST.
● 9+ years of experience with strong development and Problem-solving skills with Data structures,
algorithms, and system architecture and design is a MUST
● Proficiency in MySQL or any of the RDBMS tools and knowledge of NoSql databases like
MongoDB.
● Experience in AWS is a MUST.
● Experience in writing technical design of the application / reviewing and validating existing
technical design (peer-review)
● Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
● Must have excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.
● Ability to work in Agile methodology.
● Team leading experience is a MUST

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

 

Responsibilities

●      Develop design solutions for various platforms

●      Establish consistent brand and creative designs

●      Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books

●      Collect feedback from project managers and adjust the approach to cater to criteria

●      Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/PG in user experience, design or related field
• 5+ years of experience with UI design
• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc

What you will bring
