Location – Mumbai (WFO)

 

Position Overview:

Product Manager, who reports and directly works with the VP Operations and manages end to end product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver winning products in line with organization’s core values and ethics.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Automate workflows for Caregivers and Patients.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes business requirements..
• Works closely with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Develops positioning for improving the app experience of gig workers
• Helps optimize conversion of leads from our own website.
• Contribute your expertise to product documentation, training materials and marketing collateral for each product offering.

 

Education and Experience:

Selection based on expertise and depth of domain in B2C sectors preferably startups which catering to target centric hyper-growth organizations. However prior experience of1-2years in Consumer Product Development/ Digital Consumer Product would be preferable.

 

 

SKILLS : - Must have experience with the latest Angular Framework 2/4/6/7/8/9
- Must have strong TypeScript and JavaScript knowledge
- Should be comfortable with RxJS and Angular CLI
- Should have a solid understanding of CSS3 and HTML5
- Must have Automated testing (unit/integration/etc.) (Karma & Jasmine, etc.)
- Should have knowledge NGRX or Redux
- Cross-browser compatibility and have high performance across the board

Desired candidate profile :

● 4 to 6 years of iOS Native Application Development with Swift
● Web services/API interactions, Audio/Video streaming, SQLite, JSON/XML parsing.
● Expertise in Autolayouts, Custom UI Elements, and IBDesignable.
● Strong grasp of Data structure and algorithms
● Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Protocol Oriented
Programming.
● Experience with design patterns like MVC/MVVM/VIPER
● Experience with Unit testing, TDD and UI Testing.


Nice to Have :
● Domain knowledge in eCommerce
● Previous experience in a product company is a plus.

Qualifications BA/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mathematics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8-12 years’ of overall experience in working on Banking & Financial services domain preferably in a product development company Experience/ability to design solution architecture for Core Banking implementations is highly preferred. Should have ability to articulate and design product extensibility, customizations and integrations in-line with product architecture Software Development experience through hands on coding in a general purpose programming language. Experience in developing and deploying solutions on the cloud Capabilities Experience in designing and developing Solutions for Financial services industry Experience in NoSQL / Columnar database - Clickhouse, MongoDb, Cassandra, ElasticSearch Experience in Designing and Developing products in the Micro Services framework using Node.js, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails Web technologies in AngularJS/ReactJS Experience in XML/XSD/XPATH/XQUERY and JSON Exposure to working with Big Data Platforms and Knowledge of multiple Big Data frameworks Basic Understanding of AI, ML and Deep Learning Technologies Expert in designing and developing Application Integration using JMS/MQ, Web Services Knowledge and understanding of Data Integration solutions. Need UI/UX Designer or Website / Android /iOS / Portal/ Kiosk Designing with work flow. Wire Framing familiarity with UI tools needs be a Team player and provide timely update to respective project team. Latest and Modern designer skills required HTML/CSS is a plus along with Angular JS.
