As a platform purpose-built for community entrepreneurs, LikeMinds has inbuilt tools for member acquisition, onboarding, retention, moderation, monetisation, and referrals. Our platform enables creators to drive high engagement and belonging via chat rooms, events, polls, member directory, and rewards. These features are in addition to powerful business tools like community website, subscription management, event reminders, analytics dashboard, cohort creation, in-app banners, data export, and much more. Custom integrations are also available for creators with existing assets. In the last few months, we have helped 100+ creators monetise their communities. These include entertainers, fitness & wellness trainers, professional domain experts, language instructors, life coaches, financial experts, micro-entrepreneurship coaches, and exam prep coaches. We are a team of entrepreneurs, techies and community builders with credible backgrounds supported by 2 large VCs. 

Responsibilities: 
• Designing and building Likeminds iOS application.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features and building a high quality application
• Ensuring quality and performance of application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before final release
• Publishing application on App Store
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application
• Designing and implementing application updates

Skills Required 
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, Xcode and Cocoa Touch
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks and strong understand of development lifecycle
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs and cloud messaging.
• Experience with continuous integration

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Minimum 3 years work experience in mobile application development
• Proficiency in Problem Solving, Data Structures and Algorithms
• Strong knowledge of design concepts and constraints on mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Java/Android
• Ability to use third party SDKs
• Familiarity with Firebase, FCM, IMA, Google Services and Facebook SDK
• Demonstrable experience building excellent mobile apps that are currently in Google Play Store
• Experience with HTML5, Java, Responsive Design and flutter    

We are looking for an Android developer interested in building performant mobile apps on Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building the applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work on the LOTR (Locus on the road) app which is native app in Android in a small team of 3 engineers
• Apart from the app, there is LOTR SDK also which is in nascent stage. The role would require building up the SDK as well
• Write maintainable code with around 80% unit test coverage. Do PR (pull request) review of fellow engineers on the app
• If you are adventurous - opportunity will be provided to work on the backend API to which the LOTR app/SDK will communicate to. Backend is in all java
• We have some created some cool stuff around selective app upgrade setup. Also, our app development process is under CI/CD so you don’t have to build & release app manually.
