We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who loves crafting delightful, high-performance applications that can handle thousands of concurrent users — and who thrives at the intersection of elegant UX and robust backend systems.

You’ll work closely with our AI, data, and product teams to build responsive, real-time interfaces that bring brand intelligence to life.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Experience architecting systems that handle thousands of concurrent users with low latency
• Strong understanding of web performance, caching, and asynchronous data flows
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB/Postgres) and API design (REST or GraphQL)
• Strong product intuition — you care about UX, not just functionality
• Bonus: exposure to AI/LLM integrations, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

Product Development Engineer is responsible for front end development of modules of enliven CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrate them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and following the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

• Deep knowledge in designing and developing C# .NET based Web applications (MVC, Web APIs).
• Design, develop, update and maintain product
• Proficiency in managing SQL Databases and writing optimised queries.
• Should be able to work independently on a project
• Experience in at least one of the frond-end frameworks - jQuery / Angular / VueJS / Etc..

• Knowledge on AWS or Azure or similar cloud environment knowledge is nice to have
• SaaS based Product development experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Azure Functions or AWS Lambda is good to have

• Communicate with clients via phone / e-mail for requirement discussions, implementations & support.

Overview of the role: As the full-stack lead developer, you are part of the organization’s senior management team leading the technology team. You will work with both internal and external members to build, test, deploy and maintain high quality software products/enhancements

Job Description:

• You are expected to write high quality code for applications, database integrations, interfaces and code enhancements
• You will lead the entire cycle of software development to delivery and maintenance. You must be comfortable working with agile, lean and continuous delivery practices
• You are expected to recommend, design and implement the optimal choices on technology, tools and architecture
• You will keep sanctity of the code and structure when working with external teams
• You must ensure the overall security of the applications and the data
• You are expected to lead code reviews, cloud deployments/Dev-Ops
• You are expected to build, coach and lead the technology team to successful deliveries
• You are expected to build a tech team for the company, that works under your leadership

Skills Required:

• 4+ years’ deep experience across All of MEAN Stack
• Must be well versed with Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Angular 12, Docker
• Must have expert level data modelling skills
• Must have been involved in the launch of IOS and Android Apps or Progressive Web Apps
• Must have built and/or managed and technology team in your previous organizations
• Must be able to work cross-functionally and demonstrate business acumen and judgement
• Having an appreciation/some background in construction industry is a plus
