Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Senior Java Engineers to join a high-performing development team. The role involves building and maintaining robust, scalable, and low-latency backend systems and microservices in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a high-velocity scrum team to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Architect and develop scalable end-to-end web applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on with development tasks.
• Provide accurate estimates and support the team lead in facilitating development processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 6–7+ years of enterprise-level Java development experience.
• Strong in Java 8 or higher (Java 11 preferred), including lambda expressions, Stream API, Completable Future.
• Minimum 4+ years working with Microservices, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• At least 3+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Kafka – minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in the current/most recent project.
• Solid experience with SQL.
• AWS – minimum 1.5 years of experience.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Exposure to asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in at least one Fintech domain project (mandatory).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Golang or Rust.
• Experience with any of the following tools: MongoDB, Jenkins, Sonar, Oracle DB, Drools, Adobe AEM, Elasticsearch/Solr/Algolia, Spark.
• Strong systems design and data modeling capabilities.
• Experience in payments or asset/wealth management domain.
• Familiarity with rules engines and CMS/search platforms.

 Responsibilities: 

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging 
• Ability to design and document the product features, codes. 
• Self-driven and ability to take up ownership of things 
• Write clean code to develop functional applications, automation scripts, test cases 
• Troubleshoot and debug applications 
• Collaborate with developers, cross-functional teams to identify issue, new features and come up with solutions 
• Gather and address technical and design requirements 
• Provide training and support to internal teams 
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use 
• Ability to sync with other developers, designers to identify issues, new features and improvements 

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining the modules of Magento 2.X EE websites;
• Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision;
• Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround;
• Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use;
• Create reusable components, which can be configured for different projects;
• Create test plans and perform thorough quality analysis on the code before go live;
• Research on new integration and plug-in capabilities.

You will be responsible for architecting, training the team and implementing your solution. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the tech leads/developers to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on core back-end and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• Work on optimizing the middleware and backend technologies to ensure highest scalability.
• Work on best system design principles and ensure high availability.
• Designing and developing APIs for the front end to consume.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Education - BE/MCA or equivalent.
• Overall 8+ years of experience.
• Agnostic/Polyglot with multiple tech stacks.
• Worked on open source technologies - NodeJS, Typescript, ReactJS, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, ELK, Kafka, Redis.
• Good experience with Front-end technologies like JavaScript frameworks, ReactJS, AngularJS.
• Back-end exposure - good knowledge of building API.
• Efficient in building microservices in combining server & front-end.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture especially using AWS and its features.
• Should be completely hands on and have the ability to develop quick Prototypes.
• Good understanding of CMS.
• Will be responsible for the functional/technical track of a project.

• 5+ years of working experience in the technologies like Angular6 or higher, NodeJS & MySQL, AWS Cloud Services
• Strong Hands-on with any Enterprise Programming Language (Python/.Net) in past
• Experience with architecting, designing, and debugging MEAN, full-stack based enterprise software
• Should have expertise in designing relational database tables & writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
• Ability to handle small teams and mentor them.
• Ability to analyze, design, and build object-oriented, component-based applications.
• Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within process-oriented organizations.

• Experience in Banking, Credit Card Payments, and Gateways domain would be an advantage. ·
