The role is directly linked with revenue collection & Client experience, thus ensuring the projected revenue targets are achieved on time.

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed week off)

Requirements:

• Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures
• Managing the performance review process, including setting goals and conducting evaluations
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Sourcing and screening candidates, including conducting initial interviews and reference checks
• Coordinating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for open positions
• Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to source candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Participating in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract top talent
• Assisting with compliance with employment laws and regulations, including tracking employee leave and maintaining affirmative action plans

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Lead / Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence best practices. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.

Location - Pune (Hybrid 3 days)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Develop and maintain data models (star schema, snowflake schema) for optimal data analysis and reporting.

Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation using SQL and other ETL tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and insightful reports.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI dashboards and reports.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the Power BI ecosystem.

Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry best practices.

Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's data and analytics strategy.

May lead and mentor a team of junior Power BI developers.

Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Proven expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, advanced data modeling techniques.

Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and views.

Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Task:

• Need to run our software products in different international environments (on premise and cloud providers)
• Support the developers while debugging issues
• Analyse and monitor software during runtime to find bugs, performance issues and plan growth of the system
• Integrate new technologies to support our products while growing in the market
• Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Maintain our on premise hosted servers and applications, like operating system upgrades, software upgrades, introducing new database versions etc.
• Automation of task to reduce amount of human errors and parallelize work

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting
• Hands-on experience with recruiting across level with a good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with Avature or similar ATS is preferred
