Tech Support Engineer

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, for next-gen AI solutions on our codeless platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the AI and software industry.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Work closely with mentors and senior team members to enhance technical skills and knowledge in AI and software development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience  Three years of progressively challenging experience working as a CC&B suite Senior Developer in solution architecture, project management, system design, development testing, implementation and support  Advanced knowledge in CC&B Java, C2M, Oracle Database, CC&B data model and Oracle Utilities Application Framework  Proficient in usingHibernateQuery Language, XAIIWSWeb Services, CCB Configuration Tools, web-based languages(e.g., HTML, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, etc.) and UNIX • Extensive experience with Oracle Utilities SDK and Eclipse 3.7 and with writing high performance, multi-threaded, critical java applications over large databases including Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g.  Proficient working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts and developing stored procedures in Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g  Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle and industry best practices  Proficient in the use of MicrosoftOffice applications  Experience should include multi-product implementations (CC&Bintegrations with MWM, MDM, WAM, CSS, etc).  Must have experience with other integrations involving the XAI IWS interfaces  Must have in-depth knowledge of field order and field activities workflow, configuration and writing custom services  Must have prior experience implementing MWM (mobile workforce) or any other third party workforce tool with CC&B  Must have prior experience implementing CC&Bwith a customer portal

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
