The Role 

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to guide our product development efforts across multiple high-impact ventures. You will own the overall technical vision, mentor a remote team of engineers, and spearhead the creation of new-age products in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a strategic, influential role that requires a blend of technical prowess, leadership, and a keen interest in building products from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and drive the architectural roadmap for new and existing products, ensuring high-quality code, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentorship & Team Building: Hire, lead, and develop a team of engineers. Foster a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and collaboration.
• Product Innovation: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, build, and iterate on cutting-edge, user-centric solutions.
• Hands-On Development: Write efficient, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews, setting the standard for engineering excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different functions (product, design, marketing) to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• 4+ Years of Engineering Experience: A proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact software products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Create, develop, and manage cutting-edge PHP web applications on portals and paid service platforms.

·       Create cutting-edge apps in collaboration with the User Experience (UX) group.

·       Check that the shared JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are all credible and reliable across apps.

·       Using standard development tools, create and manage all apps.

·       Use backend data solutions and expertise to expand current data service APIs.

·       From the idea stage through delivery & post-launch maintenance, you will be in charge of the whole web development lifecycle.

·       Convey all work progress, assessments, proposals, timetables, and technical and analytical difficulties properly.

·       The development process, standard components, and architecture should all be documented.

·       Keep up with the latest web development trends and technologies.

               Laravel Developer Requirements

·       Overall 5+ year experience in Laravel framework and Minimum 2 years of experience in Core PHP and object-oriented programming.

·       Experience in developing applications using Laravel frameworks.

·       Should have an excellent grasp of version control technologies, relational databases, and web service development.

·       Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·       Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial

·       Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

·       Intentional commitment to code quality through bug fixes, refactoring, unit testing, and automation

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development using core PHP,Wordpress, CodeIgniter etc
• Must have hands-on experience in front-end using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS etc.
• Must have experience with design patters such as RESTful, AJAX, and jQuery
• Experience in building responsive web pages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Should have working knowledge of MySQL database system
• Should have basic programming skills using object-oriented programming (OOP) languages with in-depth knowledge of common APIs and data structures

• Write well designed, testable, efficient quality code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate would be part of the initial Tech team to lead the technology development and transform the firm's vision into deliverables through technology applications. The candidate has upto 5 years of experience in application development and has a strong foothold in both backend and front-end development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Writing python codes for various market data which includes maths and statistical models, fundamental analysis, and sentiment studies. Proficient in Python with a good understanding of various libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, SciPy.
2. Build and develop the efficient architecture of the product to improve the performance and computing speed, with a good understanding of the Django framework.
3. Deploy and maintain the product on a cloud server, handling asynchronous tasks. Good understanding of AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure.
4. Manage data and database, a good understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
5. Fluent in integrating systems using API's.
6. Understanding of front-end applications like Angular, React, Vuejs, and other java applications.
7. Lead, train, and guide the team of junior developers.
8. Understanding and application of Machine learning is a plus.
