We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Kubernetes Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and GitOps workflows, with hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing modern cloud-native infrastructure and applications at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS / K3s) for large-scale applications.
· Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or OpenTofu for scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
· Deploy and manage applications using Helm and ArgoCD with GitOps best practices.
· Work with Podman and Docker as container runtimes for development and production environments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and CI/CD integrations.
· Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability within Azure cloud.
· Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain system health, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS / K3s) cluster orchestration.

· Solid understanding of Docker / Podman container runtimes.

Key Skills –

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and tech-comfortable person to handle the daily operations of our YouTube channels and WhatsApp communities for “Yoga by Renu Tayal” and “TUTRAIN.”
This is an execution and management role, not a strategy or growth planning position. The main focus is to ensure all online platforms run smoothly and tasks are handled on time.
Key Responsibilities YouTube Channel Operations
- Handle YouTube Live sessions from a technical side
- Plan and execute YouTube content strategy (long videos, Shorts, live sessions)
- Upload and manage videos and live sessions
- Monitor comments and live chat
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Keep channel properly organized and updated
YouTube Channel Membership Strategy (After Monetization)
- Plan and help launch YouTube Channel Memberships
- Suggest member benefits (exclusive content, live sessions, badges, etc.)
- Align content strategy to convert viewers into paid members
- Support long-term YouTube monetization growth
WhatsApp Community Management
- Manage WhatsApp groups and communities
- Post updates, messages, and announcements as instructed
- Respond to basic queries or forward them to the team
- Keep the groups active and well-managed
- Add or remove members as required
Lead & Data Handling
- Maintain records of leads received from YouTube and WhatsApp
- Update data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Coordinate with team members for follow-ups
Website Coordination
- Share content and updates with website developer as instructed
- Check that updates are done properly
- Help upload basic content if required
General Digital Support
- Ensure all links, forms, and pages are working properly
- Assist in online session setup when needed
- Support the team in day-to-day digital tasks
Skills & Requirements
Must Have:
- Advance knowledge of YouTube platform
- Comfortable using WhatsApp groups and communities
- Good computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, internet tools)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and able to follow instructions properly
